You're making excuses and performing mental gymnastics.

I made the point that Leicester just aren't that good and you can't just accept that.
Everything I've written is factually correct Munse ... please point out what isn't ... but don't get a headache from it ... facts are facts mate ... we've deservedly beaten 2 excellent European teams over the last month .... just finding some form at the right time and guess what; coincides with the return to the side of our best players ... particularly in defence .... who'd have thought it eh? <cheers>

Yes but none of what you've said was relevant to the fact I provided..

I was right.

As was I ... always nice to have a mutual agreement ...

European Semi first leg next week Munse, set your alarm ... should be a cracking atmosphere at the King Power <cheers>

Do you agree with the fact your side isn't very good this season which was the point I made?

I don't agree your euro League b cup is impressive, but the fa cup last year and of course the premier league win is a fantastic beyond dreams achievement...

You see Fosse in just an honest and forthright gentleman

No mate I don't ... we haven't performed as well as in the last 2 seasons because we haven't had the personnel available ... they are now .... and the performance away at PSV, who were unbeaten in 15 games in all competitions, was right up there with our most memorable games of the last few seasons ... we are now in our first ever European semi final which is another huge leap for the club in potentially another great and landmark season ... loving the journey we are still on ... and happy to help you with your difficulty in understanding <cheers>

Asked whether he was confident about remaining at Anfield for many years to come, Salah told FFT: “I don’t know, I have one year left. I think the fans know what I want, but in the contract it’s not everything about the money at all. So I don’t know, I can’t tell you exactly. I have one year left and the fans know what I want.”

The 29-year-old confirmed that his desire has always been to remain at Liverpool. “Yeah,” he said. “This club means a lot to me – I’ve enjoyed my football here more than anywhere, I gave the club everything and everybody saw that. I’ve had a lot of unbelievable moments here, winning trophies, individual goals, individual trophies. It’s like a family here.”

Salah also insisted that he’s not concerned about going into the last 12 months of his current deal without a resolution. “I’m not worried, I don’t let myself worry about something,” he said. “The season didn’t finish yet, so let’s finish it in the best possible way – that’s the most important thing. Then in the last year, we’re going to see what’s going to happen.”

Red flags all over this interview for Pool fans

Compare that with De Bruyne. Walks in to the chairman's office. No agent, no arguments, signs on the dotted line and leaves. Say what you like about City, but seems KDB wants to play for them.

I feel obliged to butt into this fascinating convo with the fairly obvious point that excellent european teams aren't in the European Conference League .

And he's worth it. But tbh, if he wants half a million a week, I'd rather we sold him and used the money for Mbappe's wages. We're not a rich club, and we can't really afford to be paying a 29-year-old more than £300k a year. And unlike City, we couldn't get away with cooking the books and getting him bogus image rights and sponsorship sham deals without the subsequent bribes to the CAS to cover it up.

End of next season he'll be 31, so looking for one big final pay day, you'll be thinking, what has he left in the tank and how long will be at the top of his game to warrant a massive wage. Going to be interesting, mega bucks to replace but as Chief says, you can't have one player way out in front with wage demands, causes unrest.

err end of next season he is out of contract so we won't be in the equation as i should point out so is Mane .My guess is one goes one stays or both stay and then both leave on frees at end of next season .

I know he is, hence he and you have tough decisions to make, and if he wants 500k pw so will Mane. So yes I think you'll lose 1 of them.
