To be honest Vetch, his record here was pretty decent, but as most would, I believe, agree, some of the football was pretty turgid.

That said, they (Forest) appear to be playing done attractive football under him: perhaps his apprenticeship here helped …. <cheers>

Successive play offs. Most teams, and supporters would love such "embarrassment ".

He's done remarkably well to revive Forest. Different players, different environment, etc.
Good luck to him. Hope they go up.
Clough's Forest were a delight to watch. Cooper can replicate that. <cheers>

With Derby County being relegated, anyone think a punt at Tom Lawrence is worth a shot ?

We were like this at the back under Martinez, and it wasn't until Sousa arrived that it was addressed, I hope to goodness we seriously strengthen our defensive play going into next season, it is very demoralising to our forward line when their mates at the back undo all your hard work, RM must address this in preseason..........<cheers>

    Good defensive coach would help.

Personally, I got very little enjoyment from watching us under Cooper - it made me want to stop watching football. The excitement had gone - I no longer looked forward to the matches.
As for getting to 2 play-offs, yes that's a good record that many teams would be happy with, but since I have no enthusiasm for getting to the PL
again, I'd rather have us stay in the Championship and play exciting football. I understand that the players all want to get there so it's probably not realistic to hope for a good team playing exciting football AND stay in the Championship.
Good luck to Cooper though , he's done a great job at Forest this season.

Not much to add to our display at Reading apart from a lack of leadership being evident when 4-1 up, the inability to close the game down smartly was a big disappointment as Reading were a poor side again relying on our defensive inabilities......it’s as if we went to sleep with job done and why bother breaking in to any more sweats.....and I still do not rate Fisher......

Both him and the young lad who was a real nuisance on wing against us; Malcolm Ebowei have their contracts expire at the end of the season, and for me they look well worth signing.

I agree with your PL stance. I loathe it, and all who sail in her.
Another thumping win for Forest yesterday. Cooper's embarrassing behaviour continues unabated. <laugh>
