Ronald Pump 20/1 - Irish Grand National. Has a good track record (3 wins, 2 seconds) Stays very strongly. Has potential class above majority of this field and I feel he could he a very good bet at that price. Came 2nd on first start over fences lto, front two well clear, with the winner (Diol Kier) also declared for tomorrow. This extra distance is sure to play in Ronald Pump's favour though.

Negative is that he can be reluctant at the start at times and it would be a dissapoinment if he can't jump off with them. If he does, then expect a patient ride around mid to back of the pack before powering home to hopefully land the spoils.

    Happy Easter all.

It’s a lot bloody shorter than when we wanted it to win. Put it in a double with FOBs in the Huntingdon bumper.

2 for me in the Irish Grand National. Mister Fogpatches @ 16/1. Has been knocking on the door at marathon trips and if the rain stays away must have a serious chance. Streets of Doyen @ 80/1. Outsider of the field but has some bits of form that would give him an ew chance. Good luck all.

Hello, crew. Constitution Hill not going to Punchestown then - won't run again this term. Re next season owner Michael Buckley has just stated, 'My inclination would be that he'd stay hurdling'. The old boy is now a best priced 2/1 for the '23 Champion Hurdle.

In Connie Hill's absence Honeysuckle now trimmed to 1/4 for the Punchestown Champion Hurdle. Seven Barrows may still be represented in that heat though as Epatante is the current 2nd fave (7's).

    Irish Grand National

17:00 Fairyhouse - Full Time Score

(Top yard's only runner in the race. Lightly-raced and unexposed. Rachael Blackmore takes the ride for the Henry de Bromhead stable. 9/1 best price at time of writing)

For a moment I saw him on the ground, I have to see the replay but I think that cost him at least third place. I also hope Ronald P. is ok.
