    It’s a fair point, he was deservedly MOTM today and many wrote him off after a few sub appearances.

    No one wrote him off posters said he did **** all which he did
    He ran about a lot today and the goal gave him confidence but he was nowhere near man of the match

    He may have scored today but he played better against Boro.


    I had him down to score 2+ so I may be a little bitter.





    On a brighter note I cashed out the bet when Forss was about to come on so I'm 32p better off than I was before.

    "The first half was absolutely good. In the second half, we gave the ball away a little bit but we have to give credit to Cardiff for changing the system.

    "Sometimes, mistakes cost you games, but this time we took our chances and the mistake we made didn't cost us the game."

    Cardiff City boss Steve Morison said:

    "Did we deserve anything out of it? On balance of chances, yes, and overall control and dominance in the second half.

    "But it doesn't matter, we lost the game. I'm not going to fluff it up.

    "It was shambolic stuff first half, well, the first 10 minutes.

    "But I was really pleased with the second half. It shows you can dominate teams, I was just gutted we didn't quite get another goal.

    We still carved out a better chance then any of theirs in the second half. Slater’s runs were very good today. He was very good today
