strange one this mind, i dont know a single sunderland supporter that does not realise we are in the third division or that we are where we deserve to be, whether that was down to bad ownership, management or players it makes no difference and we are no different to any other team in this league...in so much as we all want out, but we have to earn it the same as anyone. the only addition i would put in would be to do with the officials, while many games they have been as bad for the opposition as they have for us there is always that feeling that they want to be the main man and show a big crowd will not sway them, usually to the detriment of the game. methinks there are far too many pre-determined views going around some fans...dont be scared lads, have a chat with us next time we play, you might be surprised.
Unfortunately my girls (Mrs. A., my daughter (youngest) and my granddaughter) and Adam decree otherwise for this match, and I feel obliged to do as I'm told Next Saturday, mind, when I'll be with Smug . . . .
Up early on my day off, thoughts immediately turn to 3pm today. 3 points today and other results going our way would be a rather nice start to the Easter weekend
i had a read through their forum. I don’t know where they get this view of entitlement from, other than the sad-arses, ****-stirring. A few of them seem sound/rational, but quite a few have an inferiority complex and see themselves as some kind of League1 kingmaker. And they call us pathetic. I’d like to rub that in their face on the pitch today. Come on lads, step up and turn them over.
9-0. Doddle. Too many scorers to name. 2 -0 after 10 mins, they not bothered, floodgates open. PS, I'd settle for another nervy 1-0 now though. 3 points is all that matters.
Shrewsbury are well organised but I fancy us to smash someone at home soon. Could be today because I can’t watch it. I’m away and on a mountain bike ride then an afternoon sesh watching some mad old play with my mates while I knock the ales back so it’ll be Twitter for me. Haway the hic Lads
I'm usually wrong, as history shows on here, but I really think that this is the game where we 'click' and I'm expecting us to win handsomely . . . . at least 4-0 please log in to view this image I could have stopped at 'handsomely' but no, I've committed p.s. how did we, and my prediction, do, Clocky ?
Half a dozen Mags on the Metro phoning Shrewsbury mates. It'd be lovely to see them kicked all over Sunderland.
Well fcuk it, my man flu, turns out to be Covid19. 3 of us in the family have it... so thats me grounded for a few days.
