This lad has (sincerely) apologised . . . . he cocked up and he knows that he did.

Does he need to leave or can we forgive him (Tees) ?

I reckon he will be a lot more careful what he writes now, so I hope Tees can forgive him, I don’t like to see anybody leave for any reason<ok>

  3. I’m gone. I’m an alcoholic who reacts to things in an unreasonable way when I ‘ve been drinking, and that’s what’s happened here. I’m sober at the moment, and I can see the stupitidity of my post and how it would upset people,
I have requested my account to be deleted, so as to prevent this happening again.
To follow this club home and away over 60 years, and to mix wiith fellow fans has been a privilege,

Don’t be daft mate, couldn’t care less if you are a alcoholic, gives us a chance to give you a breather now we know. Don’t leave because of that.<ok>

Seems the mods have ignored your request and you are stuck here with the rest of us. Good.

When you get to my level of upsetting people on this board then you can put in a serious request :)

Instead of asking for your account to be deleted, seek help and this situation may not happen again.

This internet thingy doesn't help mate.
I'm not an alcoholic but sometimes i say or post things I regret the next day after too much booze.
If it was me I'd of probably just laughed and said "who's put sand up your vagina you cùnt" ?

And Tees makes me laugh cos he fly's off the handle like a good un :D
    And that's not a dig tees ;)

If you think you've got a problem mate get some help ;)

I've got massive respect for him coming back, apologising, and admitting he has a problem.

    They're only words after all.
We all say things we regret.

Just laugh things off is my view.

I bumped into Tony Norman i a pub after a match years ago.
    He bought me a drink.
I kept the glass to take home which he laughed at.
My mother washed it and put it with all the other glasses stolen from the pub <laugh> <cheers>

I'd like you to stay mate.
I'm sure @Teessidemackem will let it go and see the funny side.

We all need to stick together. :emoticon-0148-yes:

    Couldn't agree more mate.

I was struggling a few weeks ago, and posted as such on here. The responses I got were truly humbling, from replies on here and also pm's....strangers on an Internet footy forum, who cared.

@sad-eyed prophet I would stay mate. You apologised, and explained your situation, which can't have been easy.

    @sad-eyed prophet

Aye, stick around. Tees will forgive you.

You've always seemed a sensible and interesting poster to me. I reckon pretty much every one of us on here has acted like an arsehole on at least one occasion. Quite a few more in some cases <laugh>

Tees, a mate's wife is obsessed with Bono to the point I'd say she was a stalker ...

... I'll message you for the details tomorrow.

If you get the latest 'record collector' there is a list of the most valuble rock and roll items ever sold and amazing prices, and U2 are are great band and collectors do pay a hell of a price for some pop items. Your sister will do very well to auction the items could go for £100's or £1000,s, best of luck teeside.
