Decent enough, not conviced he's any better than Skrtel though, If I'm honest.

Alan Nixon knows **** all though, he never gets a single transfer right.

Interesting to see opposition fans views on him, as many probably judge him still on his first season in the EPL where he was - to put it nicely - poor.

I'd consider him a good EPL centreback now though, wouldn't look out of place in the top teams.

Sports journalists have probably lost their job over not printing this bull first. "Hmm, well he speaks spanish.. he's a defender playing well at the minute... Liverpool have taken a few players from Newcastle.. One of them speaks spanish... Hmm.. if only there were some sort of story I could make out of this..."

Colo is perfectly happy sexing up our ladies and has no interest in sexing other factions ladies.

He's just about to sign a new 4 year deal, with that in place, I think Colo would cost Liverpool in excess of £20m just to get us to think about it.

Aye i've seen him with my own eyes and he's total ****. i wish we would just drop him and play tiote there because tiote and cabaye are ****e midfielders. they ought to stick cabaye in for Saylor as well.

Wow...good news? I mean if we can get beyond 12 million I say sell him. He's getting on, he's in no hurry to sign a contract, if we can get Samba as replacement, let him go. Colo has been alright so far this season, but lets face it, when he arrived and even in the championship he struggled at times. We hit a bad vein of form he might struggle again.

I really don't see how liverpool can want Colo, there's much better out there to be had. I'd say his about on par defensively with Cahill, only that Cahill offers a much bigger goalthroat. Blackburn will be relegated so Samba will be moving on. Ashley Williams has looked really strong for swansea. So there are others to be had. I'm not worried for us. I'm worried for liverpool. Enriques alright, but Carroll is struggling and they're starting to get on his case. Hendo doesn't look so hot either and does Adams even get into the team anymore? An injury to Suarez and Liverpool will struggle for goals.

Travelsick - couldn't disagree more - Samba is just a carthorse lump compared to Coloccinni and is one of the most over-rated players in the league in my opinion!! We're play a classier game than that.

We need to keep Colo who has grown into one of the best defenders in the league imo and formed one of the best partnerships with Saylor.

Some of the bin dippers on that article are saying they wouldn't have him....he's clearly better than all of their centre halves. Some one also referred to Enrique as average <doh>

Thing is though, Collocini is better than ALL! of them, believe what you want Collocini is a world class defender, and even though he's turning 30 soon, he still has a good few years in him
Personally I don't think he will leave, he Loves the Toon and We Love him and he knows it, besides he seems more loyal than the likes of Carrol and Enrique...or that might be me just hoping that's true...
