    Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins is dead at 50: Found unresponsive in his hotel room in Colombia while on tour with the Dave Grohl-led band who say they are 'devastated'
    • Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins has died at the age of 50, the band has announced
    • Taylor was found dead in a hotel room in Bogota, Colombia where the band were due to play at a festival
    • Band just completed a host of tour dates in South America and was due to appear at The Grammy's in April
    • The band said it was 'devastated by the untimely loss' and asked for the privacy of his family to be respected
    • Foo Fighters were on tour in South America and the band had played in San Isidro, Argentina, last Sunday
    • The drummer starred in the world famous band alongside singer Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett and Rami Jaffee

    Brilliant drummer, stand up guy.

    Foo Fighters for me wrote one of the best songs I've ever heard in Everlong.

    A real shame, thoughts with the band and his family.

    Richard Moore, the esteemed and much-loved cycling journalist, author and founder of The Cycling Podcast, has died.

    The Scotsman passed away on Monday, March 28. It has not yet been revealed how he died.

    RIP Roger. He was a good friend of mine with his brother Ian who also played rugby for Hull ER. Roger was also selected for England as a center three quarter or stand of half. They were both ushers at my wedding. He was not only a great athlete but one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. I have very fond memories of him. Rest in peace my friend!!!

    That’s very sad and no age at all. He did some great work following his diagnosis. He even contacted a family who had a young son diagnosed with the same cancer. He seemed like a great bloke.
