Our Canadian boys are 1 nil up on Jamaica. We only need a point to qualify for Qatar

Yeah, this has been a rout basically from the first minute. Really inexperienced Jamaican side with nothing to play for, and Canada really could be 4 or 5 up at the half.

xG at the half was 1.85 to 0.15. And that doesn't include the (multiple) gilt-edged opportunities that failed to result in shots.

3-0. This team are going to open eyes in Qatar. And we still have Alphonso Davies to come back in.

Looks like a stronger contingent from North América with the US and México all.but on the plane to.Qatar. And possibly joined by Costa Rica. I would hope oñe or even two of these sides can progress to.the knockout phase, and hopefully go very deep.into.the tournament.

With Phillips not playing all season there’s a spot available there.

Really I think it should go to Bellingham long term but JWP’s in a strong position to challenge for it

With that thought in mind..... could JWP actually be playing RWB with Bellingham in the middle?

What I was thinking too. Would be classic Saints player for England to play him out of position. Yes he can play there if needed, but it's not his position.

Particularly when Southgate already has about 20 right backs at his disposal - why would he need to look at JWP there!

The BBC have it 343 with Bellingham RWB but we shall see. I'd rather he give KWP another opportunity there. As you say whether it's JWP or Bellingham playing RWB, it seems a bit pointless as neither will play there in any competitive game.
