Good chance to make it 3-in-a-row, against second bottom club, who have taken 2 points from their last 4 games. Although we've won our last two games, we haven't played particularly well, and the quality of the opposition has been a factor, so a good performance would be welcome. I'd like to see John get a run-out at some point, if only to make us a more attractive prospect for Premiership clubs looking to loan out quality youngsters. Castillo only has one start under his belt despite being our only genuine wing-back, so this to me is a worry, especially since it's TS's aim to attract quality loanees. Obviously there won't be any change to the starting line-up, but we're in a position to try something different on the bench, whether our own youngsters or someone else's.
We really still look very ordinary. Whether either team has the skill to overpower the other will be the key. I'd hope we can show the form we had against Donny at our place, but a lot has changed since then. 1-2 Charlton.
Taxi for Washington Put your laces through it for pity's sake, don't tickle it. Kurt Zouma kicked his cat harder than Conor fluffed that football.
We're now 2 points better off after 39 games than we were under Gobbo in Spring of 2017 Gobbinson managed to lose matches 40 and 41 too. We might just be scraping these wins, but JJ has saved us this season.
