Never really used pre workout. I don’t drink caffeine really anyway so think I would probably die if I did take some Guy I used to train with put 3 scoops of coffee into a can of coke and downed it before most workouts. Assume his heart is on its last legs by now
I got hooked on it a year or so back... Now I hate training without them, so wish I'd never started doing it I've had loads but i do stick to the dose and not only use when I'm feeling like I'm tired. I suspect in a few years people will develop serious problems and they might even get banned or restricted..
Yeah I’ve never really felt the need tbh. Guess depends on your intensity levels for training. If i was tired I’d just do a lighter workout with loads of reps, or just do a short workout. Never been fussed about super intense sessions every day
Stay away mate I never needed it before and it's money too.. This one's like 35 quid. I'm addicted to the sweat and the struggle
If I ever see anyone walking about with a can of Red Bull or Monster I think the're ****ing weird to be absolutely honest. That type of **** is not good for you. I don't get why people want to be wired all the time.
Yeah they're ****ing grim. Probably worse for your health than smack. Should be a legal age limit on buying them too. Can't be good that there's children drinking them every day.
I'll drink it when doing a long drive or for a hangover, quite like it as well but on average about 1 can every few months.
Red Bull tastes disgusting, only time I’ve drunk it slightly regularly was when I was in Thailand for a couple of months and getting wrecked. Pour it in a sandcastle bucket with a bottle of whiskey and you are up for days
Red Bull pre-gym is elite and you ****s won’t convince me otherwise. Sugar free of course. Sugar is bad.
Surprise surprise @Bwood_Ranger is that guy who walks about with an energy drink in the gym Things are starting to make sense now regards love life fails
Do you wear a SnapBack backwards, a beater and either shorts way too small or tights or both together?
