Even though we got some good luck Friday night it was a massive 3 points. I still think we got some work to do. But honestly hand on heart I still think we have enough to keep our heads above water. We have 8 games but I personally think our next 2 games Southampton and Watford will plan out our season. win these and it gives everyone around us a lot of work to do to pass us and also takes a bit pressure off before the death matches with city and Chelsea. not only that it brings the likes of Brentford and Newcastle back to us which gives us even more chances to stay up. We can't let Watford beat us the result of that game is massive. Come the end of that match we could well be 13 points in front of them with 6 to play that's 5 games to turn around and that's very possible with Watford visiting Anfield next game then the big one with us.
Norwich are down and will prop up the table and I think Burley don't have enough quality to go on a run.
2 cup tie games now Southampton at home who are out of form and the dog fight at Watford let's get them 6 point's and then we can start thinking of planning for next season.

We are actually 22nd with £161.4m, Seville are 21st just behind Villa. Sorry but still a top money making operation and way ahead of Atalanta, Roma and plenty more top clubs

Saw this headline and then saw similar on the BBC. Made up news, lazy journalism or is their anything in it?

if so it would mean Meslier is being sold.
Shearer says Klaesson came into a tough situation and pulled off 2 world class saves

Why would we need a £17m keeper

The regurgitating of transfer rumours has started early then. Leeds were apparently ‘in for him’ eight months ago too. Get ready for lots more column-filling lazy journalism in the next few weeks.

    Ryan Kent will be next.

Leeds set sights on MLS star Castellanos
New York City want £12m for their striker, who scored 23 goals last year.

    Leeds United
have reportedly been in contact with the agent of New York City striker Valentin Castellanos.

The 23-year-old was the club’s top scorer last season, with 12 of his goals coming in their last 14 matches.

Since signing for the MLS Cup champions, the Argentine has scored 44 goals and assisted a further 18 across 110 matches in all competitions.

    Manchester City
’s sister club supposedly value the forward at £12m, a price Leeds are willing to pay to provide competition for Patrick Bamford up front.

According to La Pagina Milonaria, though, River Plate are also eyeing the forward, who has previously played in Chile and Uruguay. The transfer window in Argentina is open for another week, handing the Primera Division outfit a distinct advantage over United.

Castellanos is capped at U23 level for Argentina and has previously been the subject of interest from the Whites’ Premier League rivals Everton.

Leeds have been in contact with the agent of Valentín Castellanos over a potential move in the summer. The Argentine striker scored 23 goals last season, River Plate are keen but can’t agree a fee whilst Leeds are prepared to pay the full asking price of £12m. #LUFC [@RiverLPM]

In regards to transfers I wonder if Orta will have more of a say over who comes in now? This is the one time old stories could resurface if Orta felt they were good enough but Bielsa said no.

I wouldn’t mind Noa Lang if Raphinha has set his sight elsewhere
