I'm still waiting for the refs to take venegence on the Russian scum killing thousands by sending off 3 chavs per game every game. Tbh they should be put out of business.
All we need is a mega collapse of City in the league and we could not just do a quadruple... We could do the quadruple over Chelsea. Yeah. Not going to happen, I know.

PPG trend the red line is our form this year. Heavy green is the title winning year Lighter green is the 1 point shy but CL winning season. We are now on for about 90 points such has been our form over the past games Blocks. block 5 was Spurs draw (stupid and Leicester loss, really poor) the difference between the city and LFC side is one of those results. GPG You can see that the defence has tightened up over the past games. 1 goal per game down to now 2 goal conceded in 9 games. bother consolation goals for palace and norwich that outraged VVD Conversely you can also see the goals scored dropping as people point to form. there's two 1-0 wins in the past 5, 3 2-0 wins in the past 6. I'd contend that there's clear evidence of forwards not really firing or missing a few but really the fact is we've played top 10 sides in west ham, arsnela, (formerly brighton, leicester) and have hockeyed the lower half teams in brentford, palace norwich, leeds. Top half/Bottom Half Bottom half Games played 15 Goals scored 45 Goal conceded 6 Games won 14 Games drawn 1 Games lost 0 Win ratio 94% Draw ratio 6% Loss ratio 0% Goals per game 3 Goals conceded per game 0.4 top half: Games played 14 Goals scored 28 Goal conceded 13 Games won 7 Games drawn 5 Games lost 2 Win ratio 50% Draw ratio 36% Loss ratio 14% Goals per game 2 Goals conceded per game 0.9 things are improving in the top half as the defence does its job a bit btter. Alisson, VVD and fabinho are utter astounding right now. I may have to swap palace and brighton in the top/bttom but the impact is marginal. Remaining Games: Who is bottom half now and what needs to move? Watford Villa Newcastle Everton Southampton things are on the move as sides give up for the year and some come into form. Right now villa are 9th but they could be bottom half next week for all i know. We also have the following top half and most crucial games. top half: Man Utd Man City Spurs wolves IMO we should in the 5 bottom half games, none are easy but our record v bottom half is scary tbh. Spurs, city and wolves are real bananna skins. 9 wins from glory.
Its such a great time for fans. i think the Tuesday game means we will play Saturday in fa cup The big thing is to use the 5 subs and hammer Benfica leg 1 away and then rest cos the man city games are breakers.
So over a period of two weeks we play City twice. Everton and United once each... And a Benfica game in there too just for fun. Two derbies, two city games + champions League all in 14 days.
Even if they beat us in the league it wouldn't be game over. 4 pts and over a month of football left would be very uphill but I would still hold some hope. Same token... If we beat City it would be two point advantage to us, which would be nice, but could be eliminated in a week.
I agree. It's the usual lazy journalism that makes it out to be the title decider. No doubt it's a crucial game, but any result can be undone in other games.
A travel nightmare awaits Liverpool and Man City fans for the FA Cup semi-final with the train service heavily reduced to London. That north and south divide strikes again and a solution is needed!
Sheikh Mansour, Man City owner, has been criticised by the UK government for his meeting with Syrian president Bashar al-Assad, that fit and proper test shows its worth again then.
Not game over but we would need them to drop points in at least two games more than we do in the last six or seven games, and their run in is easier. It's not over til it's over, but that they would be hard favourites. If we win it's in our hands but still on a knife-edge. I can't see us winning though. A draw wouldn't be the end of the world.
Theoretically City have a much easier run-in... But we've had several seasons where I felt we could beat the best and lose to the worst. (That was the hallmark of the Rodgers era). I think at times in the last few years City have looked like that too. City beat 5th place United with four goals but dropped points against bottom half Palace. I don't disagree with you though... Odds are in City's favour but sometimes the easy matches... Aren't.
We have to play Manchester United City don't have to play them in the league again. We have to play Tottenham City don't have to play them again We have to play Newcastle away City have to Play Newcastle at home.. We have to play Wolves at home City have to play them away We need to Play Aston Villa away City facing them at home We don't have to play West Ham again City needs to play them away. City do not have to play Southampton again we are facing Southampton away. On paper some of these games look easy or difficult, actual result cannot be predicted with one hundred percent accuracy.. I believe City were extremely lucky to take all the three points at Goodison Park.. The league meeting between City and Liverpool is very crucial, but may not decide the title, Liverpool winning all their games would claim the title, City also wining all their games would mane them the Champions. TOO, TOO, Close to call !!!.
