Awful performance. Good result. It only gets more difficult from here though.

I thought we were poor today. I cannot see a future for Minimino or Ox. Lack of composure all over the pitch. I did not enjoy this game, we got away with it today

We won’t be starting with Chamberlain and Elliott for staters I expect.

    Loved forest attitude.

Like they are massively off the level to be playing out from the back but they tried.

    Chased about really well.

Would rather those fans get up than dullards like bournemouth.

It wasn’t ideal, Forest are no mugs and have been exceptional since Cooper took over.

lots of changes and it’s not easy to get rhythm without both full backs who offer so much it’s scary really, we take them for granted.

    Wembley here we come (again)

<laugh> Roy Keane saying that their forward was too honest and that's why he didn't get the penalty. This is why former players make terrible pundits

Funny listening to the commentators to find out Steve Cooper is younger than Roy Keane but looks about 20 years older …

    Cooper is only 42.

My point still applies. Former players basically encouraging/defending diving. They make for awful pundits and are half the reason the game is riddled with cheating

I think Keane meant the lad should dive in two footed and stamp on alissons head like he would have done.

    Or something.

    Nonsense

W e were very poor. Ox and Elliott especially. Jota and Bobby can't play together. Jota was bad, but still scored. Diaz did not do much when he came on and did nothing last game, hope he has not blown himself out the first 4 games or so. Ah well they can all just go and get injured on international duty now!

Not the best performance but don’t think was particularly bad. Forest played at a high tempo and were fully up for it. Had a couple of chances, we had a couple of chances. In the end, cups are all about the results and we got it.

don’t forget we were missing out two most creative players in Robbo and TAA. As well as our top scorer in Salah…

Jota has a real knack of just popping up with a goal when playing badly which is a lovely habit to have.

Thought Konate was good on the whole and Gomez was great. Was good defensively but also got forward a lot despite fact it’s not his natural instinct. Output in final 3rd wasn’t the best but offered an outlet and what I noticed was that he actually ran the line and tried to get behind the defence rather than where TAA drops infield and won’t go around the outside
