The Chairboys head to the South Coast to take on fellow playoff hopefuls Pompey at Fratton Park who sit 8 points and 4 places outside the playoff places 7 points less than ourselves so this is a big game for both teams and a sell out crowd confirms this, there have been 15 games between the teams the first less than ten years ago and the record is very even. Gaz is likely to name a unchanged team although Jordan Obita and Brendan Hanlan will be pushing for a start before going into the International break. I was hoping to go to this one but circumstances change. Maybe I'll meet up with Slasher and Soldier and watch it on some illegal streaming service hoping the lads can continue their March form and head north with a result in the bag and a return to the playoff places
Should be a good game tomorrow, and despite poor results in our last two games, we should hopefully be up for this match. Safe journey to any of you lads making the trip down to the south coast
Shrewsbury 3 up at Rotherham, only 4 wins & 4 draws in the top 11 teams maybe a draw not bad we are no worse off than before the game
At this moment in time I wouldn't want to be in Rotherham shoes having been top for most of the season & now only 4pts clear of franchise
Wycombe deserved to win, but at least our keeper was in brilliant form, but how on earth did Ryan Tafazolli get away with this foul play on George Hirst ?.......
What was all the news about a sell out yesterday! We seem to have only been allocated 600 tickets and there were so many seats remaining in both home and away ends. I appreciate they are refurbing one of the stands, but wtf is that all about. Saw a tweet from Pete Couhig similarly asking that question! On another note what I thought was going to be a really tough game was surprisingly easy. Yes lots of noise about Taffs obvious foul that the ref somehow missed but it was just a distraction from the fact that we were dominant and should have punished what looked like a weak side.
