It's one of the boxes at the bottom, not sure you can do it after you've posted, but you may be able to edit it.
Is it just epic levels of ****housery from them and they stick it on pole? Love it !!! The fact is that Merc have been doing this for about eight years now. Their engineers are too good to not be able to get to the bottom of the problems.
I dont particularly see the great advantage not to throw all you have on that car last day last week and go. All you do is lose time. If they have a new floor for today then they have to start from scratch. As I said Power check. Downforce. Too.much Drag check. Serious advantage if it works out. Stability. None. Solve the downforce and then we will see about the stability or vice versa. The car suspension and floor flexing may be causing the downforce issues.
The floor flexing especially seems to be the key. I wonder if a new floor means changing the whole concept or just stiffening it in some way?
Found it, 'Display votes publicly'. I have just checked and it seems to be ticked. If I click the number of votes I can see who voted for that driver.
I am hoping that the new race directors comments on track limits are strictly enforced from P1. If they are then Max may have to change his driving style but it all depends on the stewards i.e. if Max pushes people over the white lines who gets punished? In my eyes the rules do/did state you must give the other driver space (on track space) so in theory pushing a driver off track could/should be punished but will the stewards have the balls??? Looking forward to a great season with lots of different winners.
I like the idea of strict rules enforcement as there is supposedly no grey area then. But.. there are times when drivers are fighting, and a car may go off track, and that car has neither been forced off nor gained an advantage. So in cases like that there is no need to get involved. It does need some common sense still. Just hope the pendulum doesn't swing too far.
Hamilton gives it's softs 0.75seconds behind gasly with porpoising down the straight Gasly set time on softs of 1.34.193 with ferrari behind on mediums. Vastappen only on mediums is .2 ahead of Hamilton.
How did it all look chaps? Couldn’t watch FP1 but caught a glance of times mid way where RBR were 1-2 on mediums so I’m delighted to see Ferrari show some pace too. Did McLaren manage long runs with their new brakes?
Well ocon exploded which is sort of interesting. I have to say it's hard to tell so far but merc have not solved their problems as of yet. Russell was running the floor strut for floor flexing. The ferrari looked at ease sweeping about, no dramas at all. Red bull look OK There's a bit of pace to come in them all
I believe McLaren did a very consistent long run on mediums- you’ll find more out if they have the raw pace in FP2 but it was super consistent vs Red Bull
