Does anyone here think the Mackems will ever be in the Prem again? Does anyone want them back up for rivalry sake?
I don't think it will be any time soon, but it would be good to have the proper rivalry back and the buzz of local derbies. Maybe in about 5 years when we are flying high and they are a proper yoyo club who get royally thumped in the prem but keep bouncing back up. So derby matches every other season.
Nah I mean I like the idea of them being promoted once nufc has taken it's place as the next galacticos, but tbh if they just never return that's more satisfying. If they ever show their faces again it'll be nice to slap them all over and see them eventually relegated again.
Quite a few were I believe. Think the Gov will alllow the sale, but it’ll be consortium. There will be surprises I think over operating costs that Roman covered and the taint over Chelsea will make lucrative commercial deals harder to get. Their dominance is definitely over. They’ll still be safe enough but there’s definitely a space in the top 6 up for grabs.
