I didn’t think so many would take that seriously. I just found it funny that this thread was bumped after every win so just keeping some balance
If people change their vote based on the last three games, well, yeah, I don't know what to say really.
Ralph got his selection spot on today, wouldn’t have played smallbone but he wanted to see what he could do so fair enough. The team didn’t perform.
Still with Ralph, even though he got it wrong today with the selection and his failure to adjust during the game itself. We know he makes mistakes and can be stubborn in his decision making. Overall, he is a very positive influence on the team. Remember, if he was seriously good, someone would have come in for him by now.
I think our, by far, best manager of recent times will be making the journey from Paris to Manchester in the near future.
You're only as good as your last game Laces or last three in Ralph's case. He's had plenty of time. If we lose next Sunday, I'm changing my vote. It's a results business.
We are for now. I'm more concerned that we're now only 4 points above Newcastle and they've got a game in hand. Are we going to finish the season having another slump? I don't think we're in any sort of trouble relegation wise, but it certainly looks like he's struggling to motivate them. We've been dreadful the last 3 games. Not an ounce of fight in them. Even his most ardent fan must realise we blow hot and cold. He hasn't made us particularly consistent.
I don't usually use emoji's Laces but maybe I should have in this case. I'm not seriously suggesting he gets the bullet, just poking fun at those who would. I'm a "Ralph in" fan no matter what happens in the cup next week. He'd just better pick a team I agree with. @LincolnSaint I'm a bit worried you liked my post thinking I was being serious, which I wasn't. Sorry, I'm a big Ralph fan.
Ralph will still be here next season as he has already done enough this season to keep his job. Every team from below the top 2 have good and bad spells during a season it's just frustrating that we couldn't capltalise on the good results in january and february but still have a quarter of the season left to pick up more points. The Citeh match is massive now and we need to put in a performance and I wouldn't be surprised if Ralph and the team pulled it off.
