I had us down for a win today, didn't see much in the Coventry team to cause us an issue, would love for Blackpool to stuff Stoke.....
Very good win, Coventry failed to press which is what I noticed the last time we played them, we have also a few games in hand which hopefully will propel us further up the table, Cardiff coming up our rear, should be an insensitive for our boys to continue the winning streak......
Very good win with some good football. However we still gifted them a goal and they could have possibly got a couple more through our mistakes. Still it's a good performance and good to see Obafemi continuing his good run. On we go to Tuesday night and Fulham.
Just got home. Very controlled and comfortable victory - but we again made life difficult at times for ourselves as we gave the ball away on a few occasions. I must start by praising Kyle Naughton, we - and the guys around us - thought that he was outstanding. In many respects, he has been our most consistent player this season, and if anyone deserves to be Player of the Season it’s him: but I suspect that the award will go to either Piroe or Paterson. There were good shifts today from in particular Grimes, Downes, Christie, Piroe and Paterson. Smith did better than we expected covering for Wolf, whilst Manning and Cabango were prone to the odd error, but overall were decent.
Deserved win although there were quite a few mistakes that could have ended in more than one conceded....still think our Hamer is better than Fisher....win came from a more positive thinking performance especially from Obafemi who gave their defence kittens because of his pace....from the West the crowd seemed to be muted today or was it the biting chill wind direction.....bring on Fulham next...
Been out all day. Seems like the Russians have hacked into the BBC Sports website as it says we have beaten Coventry 3-1 lol. #stop the illegal cyber attacks What was the actual score please someone?
If it goes to Paterson I'll burn the stadium down. He refused to play - how can he even be considered ?
I sit in the West, we thought that the crowd was up for it, particularly as there were 1,700 Coventry fans there (Our seats look down on the half time penalty kicks by the kids)
Not far from you Taff it just seemed that the crowd were quiet apart from the usual East stand loonies....as I said it could have been the wind direction....the Cov fans and drummer were loud early on and died a death after our first until the last few minutes when they sang for songs sakes as our lot gave us renditions of some classics....
Great atmosphere in the east corner , and from the Coventry fans although more were concerned with gesticulating at the opposition fans than watching the game although after our third it was fun watching fat old men pretending to be hard behind a load of stewards. I thought Coventry were extremely poor and we made them more so, but we have to stop making basic mistakes around our area because better sides than Coventry today would have buried at least another two . MoM Naughton closely followed by Grimes who I thought both were excellent
Not the Swans, but from yesterday: https://www.skysports.com/watch/vid...opts-for-a-hug-after-christian-eriksen-tackle
