Yeah propaganda on both sides no doubt. But I’ve seen several videos all shot in different locations with different Russian battalions. The one consistent thing the POW’s are saying is that they were all told that they were on exercises only. And had no expectation whatsoever that they were actually going to undertake a full scale military invasion
