Aye- I’d say NDong fit the right profile but was a twat, the rest they might have been better signing young uns with legs but I do think he was hamstrung by the budget he got as well as the post Allardyce recruitment gaps. The club had lost control of recruitment to the McKays then had **** loads of players to sign in a short space of time with a terrible budget. Not saying he made the best of it, he just seemed to sign people he knew. That’s a club issue as much as a Moyes issue. The club was the most badly run in the top two divisions at that time.

Not a chance. Footballers are not as multi-dimensional as real human beings. They are definitely a "love the one you are with" sort of being

Aye as much as automatic promotion appears to be over I’m clinging on to us hitting form at the right time and staying in the playoffs.

Totally agree, don’t care if it’s 3rd or 6th we finish as long as we make a play-off spot. Just need to be in the mix and have the team ready and in good form for hopefully 3 huge games.

Get Clarke and Roberts on from the start with Stewart and Defoe up front, try and stay on the front foot.
Unfortunately with our defence I just can’t see us keeping Wigan out. 3-2

A much more controlled sensible prediction from myself this week. 5-3 to SAFC. Guchhi hat trick, Pritch and Winny.

    Cheers RTB.

Sadly I can’t see anything but a defeat today. Still, miracles happen, eh Alex?
A rousing chorus of Putin’s a ****er from every ground today would be excellent.

I don't understand why he's refusing to start Clarke and to a lesser extent Roberts.

Think I would've found a place for Clarke after his last few sub appearances probably instead of Embleton in that line up
