Putin has laid his hand. Played his last card and gone all in. There is no negotiation to be had here without thousands, no probably more like 10’s of thousands of deaths. Even that won’t stop it. I say that until he is dead it won’t stop. Putin wants the Ukrainian leader dead too. If Russia takes control of Ukraine what then is the scary part. By default the world would have to defend itself. If one NATO country has even so much as a single unprovoked death then it’s full stage world war 3. Russia has 6500 war heads and would be strategically positioned to fire them.
Is this precision though? Seems an odd target and it hit the side aswell. What was the purpose for this. If it was to maximise casualties then it failed. If it was an ordered attack then it failed. It can only be a speculative attack by the pilot and gunman. Or an attack to take out an individual based on intelligence. Either way it is horrific. And unnecessary.
I've not been following this but have been watching the news quite a bit this morning. Why have the Russians invaded? No mention of it on the telly. You'd have thought it would be at the heart of the discussion.

No but there’s a couple who are trying to use completely unrelated **** to dilute and justify this arseholes actions…. It’s called whatabbouterry and it’s misdirection to suit an argument. When you get to Krakow in a few weeks go to Auschwitz mate. It costs around £30 for a guided pick up and tour. I’ve been there this week. As we left the site, the news about Adolf Putin broke. Chilling ****.
My instinct on Putin is he is now realising he’s ****ed up as the West are going nuts, his own people aren’t happy and the Ukrainians are harder than he thought. Oh and there’s an economic **** storm to come which will make him even more unpopular.
Ah that makes sense then. I wondered if it was to do with the attack of President Volodymyr Zelensky and that the Z was a reference to him?
The Ukranians have no chance mate its just easier to defend positions than to advance past them. It's only been a couple of days.
