A win but slightly I'm disappointed. Saints seemed like they lacked their usual intensity and Norwich showed the world why they were bottom. I feel Saints should have won by more.a lot more Could be I'm just being picky though
Norwich were always going to play a much more defensive game than the teams we've been playing lately.
And did I really just read the words “Oriel Romeu’s sublime late volley” on the BBC site? ****ing legend…
Neville trying to sell JWP. Now there's a surprise, player gets good at a club not in the top 5, and shock horror, he must move and satisfy our top 5 status quo fetish. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Just imagine the first half of last season and the second half (so far) of this season....we'd be in the CL!
Simon Hooper and his team did well, kept the game flowing and did well with the advantage rule. I guess we will still be last on MoTD.
Completely different game to the Everton one. Norwich were well drilled and it seemed that most of our opportunities were hurried, snap shots, with defenders rushing at them, rather than being able to watch the ball onto the boot, as in the Romeu goal. Thought they crowded KWP out of the game, which made him less of a threat to his usual standard. All in all, not as good as we have been, but 3 points and a clean sheet (GD now -3) has to be welcomed. Bring on the spammers.
Well that was comfortable (again) So many positives and a big shout out for RH’s change of formation with the substitution which got us back on top
It was a dominant performance from what I saw and Gunn was a bit lucky that he was a magnet for the ball otherwise it could've been 5-0. You can't ask much more than the match stats we produced tonight...
