You think the Russian vote actually means anything? I personally think they are sham elections. Putin will be gone when someone manages to take him out with a drone attack or similar.

What pisses me off with all this geopolitical bollocks is that whatever happens the West look weak and disjointed, making all the diplomatic concessions etc. when it comes up against these communist dictatorships no matter what they try to achieve. We are always second guessing and playing catch up. We seem incapable of ever having the upper hand against the like of Putin. I would love to slap the ****er to the ground before he manages to puff his chest out making out he’s the big nasty man. Bloody his nose and make him head back home to lick his wounds. THEN smash up his economy.

You can see by my recent posts I agree. We should have dropped bombs on the Russian forces soon as they set foot in Ukraine and put the mad man back in his box and showed the world his actions will not be tolerated. But Putin knows the west are too feeble.

Do you think they could do Trump at the same time... special price 2 for 1?

Its likely that Putin has joined Trump in the looney tunes section of the asylum.

Yeah i see, they are **** scared of him for some reason and he knows this. Could do with someone to speak to him in the way he speaks to us and tell him just what we will do.
If we are not willing to put troops in Ukraine we should be sticking them along the eastern NATO countries because he will not stop in Kiev he’s going to try his luck to the point we stop him with force.
Yet we have Bojo talking about low stock prices on the BBC Jesus like he gives a ****e about that.

Maybe but I am more worried about Biden these days. I think the world is a more dangerous place in the hands of Biden than it was Trump. Even if he’s just trying to prove he’s not losing the plot in launching those nukes!

Would Putin have taken this cause of action if Trump was around?

Yes! And I think he has that desire to do something when it comes to Russia as well! The man isn't stable either and I think this could escalate very quickly if he gets his way

Does it ever cross your mind that they are all in on it? Didn’t seem to do Tony ( the smarmy c unt ) Blair’s bank account any harm.

100%, I highly doubt that man child could have had any positive influence at all. Other than potentially weakening NATO somehow.

Why have we not grounded all his planes whichever nato country they are in and ban any Russian from travelling anywhere? I can imagine the soft twats in the commons, we can’t do that it’s against international law<doh>

The west are too weak and that's the bottom line and he (Putin) knows that.

Good question. I suspect so as he wasn’t overly keen on NATO cos no one but us and the Americans spent enough of their gdp whilst a member. It could have happened sooner if he had got in for a second term I suppose because Trump may have packed up and left nato.

If he decides to keep going I don’t see what or who can stop him before he has taken a considerable portion of Europe. I know nato has been training for such an eventuality for years, but the question is, is there sufficient equipment and men to stop them? How long will it take the U.S. to react and get numbers into the continent? They are capable of massive airlifts if the will is there. But Is it? Will we see American public opinion take the stance of their forefathers and ask why spill American blood in foreign wars? Has Americas gung-ho attitude changed after Vietnam? I’m sure we will be ok and that I’m being unduly pessimistic, but Russia frightens me. I admit it. They are as powerful as America on the ground and there isn’t an ocean for them to cross. And the last thing we want to see is atomic weapons involved - not even limited atomic weapons. And I’m probably wrong, but maybe this possibility is keeping nato from jumping in to protect Ukrainian. That would give the Russians an excuse to continue. Sorry lads, for this miserable outlook. I’m getting these doubts out there so those who are clever than me can shoot them down in flames and make me feel a little easier. The thought of China supporting Russia and bringing on their sattelite nations is a nightmare. Right lads, please demolish over imaginative speculations.

The west or NATO should have been proactive and been placing forces where required long before now. It's no good now them saying it will take time to react...we all saw this coming weeks ago!
