Holy ****... Only just saw this. I was convinced that was this coming weekend.

Wasn't at home last Sunday. We had family in town..not for the best of reasons sadly. Crap... It's been a ****ing week man.

How long until the Russian Grand Prix is dropped from the calendar?

Well Vettel has already said he will refuse to race there. It would be nice to see some/all of the other drivers do the same, but those with championship hopes might not be so supportive.

they are yanks who know they were taking the Rubel for short term gain... and the fact they are crap.

 

if anyone seriously thinks they can, as companies from states with sanctions applied, can fly their entire business into that country and then get out again they are naive as ****.

the risk of putin just dropping a blanket you can't leave on cars etc is too high.

They will do their normal and not make a decision till a week or so before the Russian race!!

i have to say I disagree with all this lapped cars must past the safety car. As far as I’m concerned , the safety car and virtual safety car are there to neutralise the race. As such, all positions should be neutralised and stay as they are until the safety car is ready to come in. If whoever is in second third etc has lapped cars inbetween them, tough, get past them once racing re starts, you’d have to do it during normal racing anyway. It’s an unnecessary procedure.

So looks like they are stripping the sponsorship from the car for the last day of testing/not-testing. Probably wise.

 

Has there been anymore talk of Mazepins dad buying haas ?

 

Not heard anything, though it seemed inevitable until recently. Guess it depends on how this plays out in the coming months for if it would even be a possibility.

 

My heart pumps pi$$ for them . I feel for the normal employees , but as regards the owners ? Do me a favour !

 

Marzipan dad is probably on the sanction list by now.

 

Not sure about that , it seems Abramovich isn’t .
