Crystal Palace next up, and what a pity Conner Gallagher won't be playing. I've almost given up trying to guess Audis' teams, he is unpredictable with his selections. Maybe he'll spring a few surprises again with a few injuries floating around, and a few players needing some game time. Possibly Kepa might start, he deserves it for me, perhaps Kenedy in for Alonso ?? Up front I'd like to see Havertz Lukaku and Ziyech, and if fit, Kante get his skates on in midfield too. Another 3 points would be a very good thing, with plenty of heel snappers behind us, just out of the top 4.
I never thought I'd live to hear Man U being refered to as "Heel Snappers", yet if you put the German equivalent of Roy Hodgson in charge... Well what would you expect. On a side note footballing wise, we are not playing well at the moment and need to up our game. Palace will be a tough match, one I cannnot predict the outcome of.
Well you were correct and I got my front line up, and we got the three points. Seems every game is the same for us now, struggle to score most of the match, control the play, and sneak home by a whisker. Which is better than losing by the same. That'll do me for Lukaku though. He's not the right player for whatever it is that Audi is aiming for. And that's the big question. Gone is the brilliant attack we had, obviously because without James and Chilwell ( or players as good as them ) our best formation just doesn't work for Lukaku. Nor does our second best. If I'm not crazy we had a 5 at the back for a time , then 4 at the back, Pulisic playing miles out of position and Lukaku like a lost soul in purgatory, which is what it's like to watch chance after chance missed be everyone. So much talent, so little to show for it. It's pretty obvious that we need to let go of more than a couple of players who don't fit the system, and better fit in those that do.Marina and Audi seem to be on the right track, so fingers crossed. Audi is mixing things up, players are giving their all, can't ask for more.
When we think of players who can play for Chelsea we really need to be thinking along the lines of are they champions league winning quality? Lukaku is most definitely not. I know I’ve been harping on about him since we first bought him and it really pains me to see that I was right. I just can’t understand why we bought him.
