Can Gills come out on the right side of a relegation six pointer against AFC Wimbledon?

Our failure to get anything at home to Plymouth, although not unexpected, was still a tad disappointing.

    20th Wimbledon 31pts plyd 32 games
    ................................................................
    21st Morecambe 30 pts plyd 32 games
    22nd Gillingham 26 pts plyd 33 games

Against Tuesdays visitors there is a five point gap between them and us, so it goes without saying, anything but a win will all but seal our fate for L2 football next season, do we prolong the agony with a win, or accept our destiny....

    Gills 1-0 Real Dons (Oliver)

As was said in the Black Knight, 'tis but a scratch' and then when he had no arms or legs left 'we'll call it a draw' <laugh>

I should have gone for Dickson-Peters as the goal scorer just for a laugh. :bandit: but I'll leave it at Oliver.

a MASSSSIVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE 100 pointer. We win we stand a chance to survive, we loose and Div2 dawns.
The gaffer has reported he is seeing a different team in training than on the park??????, maybe he is watching to many academy games.
We don't hold a good record against these at home only 1 win in 8, but Argyle had not beaten us at home since Feb 1981 and look what happened.
We look weak at goal scoring, one to small and one tall striker, take out Oliver and what do we have????
With only 3 victories over these but they are leaking goals and we are at least looking tight at the back.
This could be an early goal and 89 minutes of close your eyes, cross your fingers, make a wish on a shooting star, dont walk under a ladder. keep away from black cats.
With only 13 games left after tonight away to Lincoln, Bolton, Doncaster and Charlton before we meet Wednesday. So we could if we asked the lucky goblins to cast a spell get 15 points before this encounter.
You can tell i have been a supporter for many decades and a massive heart but a small brain.
Sooooooo FINGERS CROSSED 1 goal or a goal fest?????????
Gills 2 v 0 Dons Oliver and McKenzie
