    BREAKING NEWS - WEATHER WARNING!!

    The River Wear water level has risen so high that it has burst its banks, causing major flooding and disruption in the local area.

    Experts are baffled as to why there was such a sudden rise and are even more bemused as the water appeared to taste of "salty tears".

    Good afternoon, my little mag chums! I'm back after being in hospital to have bits of me removed. The old gall bladder was full of stones and getting infected, but apparently you can live without one, so out it came. Watching you lot rise to the lofty heights of 4th bottom whilst we are hitting the skids has not aided my recovery, but (ever the optimist) I remain hopeful of a reversal to recent fortunes. Still, we must keep a sense of perspective in these peculiar times and hopefully we will all make it to the end of the season without being nuked by Mr Putin. On the whole, watching you do a PSG is more tolerable than being evaporated by one of Vlad's H-bombs...
