Personally? I'd prefer them lined up at Spurs Lodge and 150 miles away from Manchester. Happy to take a notional 2-0 defeat and a fine for failing to complete a fixture. Got to be better than what will happen if we play!
If Conte has any nous, he will set his team to just go for Citeh in full "echoes of glory" mode. This is a one-off game : spare us the Serie A stuff when you have a squad this weak.
2 in central midfield against city away from home with their three. This is going to be painful. Debating whether to put myself through this
I suspect you would be paying far more than 12 quid to indulge your masochism for 90 mins by other means.
Don't think it matters how many we have in midfield, City will keep the ball anyway. What matters is what we do up front when we do attack.
I know Spurs have a decent recent record against City but I just can’t see anything except a big defeat today. The only hope is that they played midweek so might be tired
Not a good time for Sonny and Kane to be bang out of form then. We desperately need a bit of magic and for the team to be solid if we want anything here.
Whatever happens (and this is Spurs don't forget) it can't be as painful as losing to Southampton & Wolves.
**** knows why i'm looking forward to this. A week without football does strange things to the brain.
