Yes, those suburbs will see it shooting up the ratings no doubt. But no longer cheapest for rent. So attendances will take another hit.
Curiouser & curiouser. "My Generation" by "The Whom", was released five years before Ten Years After released their album "Watt" !! Last night I happened to be listening to the track "Think about the times" from said Watt album !
But there are more people coming from those areas already than in the city boundaries so it would make no difference.
Acun may prefer us losing 3-4 to drawing 0-0 but not sure many who were there last night would have agreed with him and just at the moment I'm delighted that Shota recognises the value of a hard earned point and a clean sheet!
Proud of the lads last night they gave everything. Look we all know we lack real quality KLP aside but once again and the Hull born lads in particular gave everything. That’s all I ask for.
Makes no difference to me either way. I turn up, enjoy the whole day and care not a jot if others go or don't, their loss.
Was a scuffle at HT yesterday in the stands and all the little kids ran to it got there phones and stayed there even when the game had started again. Same ones who smashed up the chairs too. 90+ minutes of nothing else mattering is what I go for, spend time with my pals and family, wouldn’t care if I was the only person in there.
Years ago when I never missed a match and went all over the place on away trips my dad wondered if me and my mate would have been as keen if all the pubs were shut on a Saturday. He had a point. And showed he knew the two of us better than we thought he did.
I seriously think they might have been embarrassed by the flare going off on the pitch. Thought the ref was good last night , didn't get influenced by them baying for penalties, and if he'd stopped the game because of the flare couldn't have blamed him. Don't suppose the idiot who threw it thought about that.
Referee was very good. Strong character. Probably the best I have seen officiating one of our games this season.
