We're sending a scout to watch Chesterfield striker Kabongo Thsimanga. Dubbed the new Jamie Vardy.

The Scouts and Brownies still have First Aid badges that they have to do.
I think it is great the club are helping our young fans.

Was told last night by someone who’s been right about a few things in the past that we are also supposed to be interested in this lad Ryan McLean. Looks pretty impressive from these clips. Others interested in him as well. We could do a lot worse than take a punt on lads like this. There are some good players in the non-leagues.

The amount of money pumped in the national League now, it’s probably not far off League 1 and 2 in terms of certain individuals quality. I mean record breaking LG2 goal scorer last season is playing for Wrexham. Cheltenham’s captain ditched them when they were promoted for Wrexham too.

FGR pissing L2 after only one previous season. Harrogate and Sutton doing ok. National league is possibly better than L2.

The wage cap last season certainly didn’t help, a lot of good lg2 players dropped down to NL and then they scrapped it so the teams who picked them up are doing well

Some National League teams have/had high-profile owners with a bit of money to spend. Salford were bought by ex-Man Utd legends and shot up the pyramid. Wrexham are owned by two millionaire A-list actors.

There's not a lot of difference (if any) between L2, Nat League + North and South. The evidence for that is is the regularity with which teams get back into the League and then get successive promotions. It happens almost routinely these days. Lincoln did it, FGR are doing really well as already stated.

They are also owned by a multi-millionaire and have consistently had one of the bigger budgets in that division, which is why they keep finishing near the top.
