Either something is about to happen regarding shares, otherwise why release that now. Or the NDA was for a year and has now run its course and the information is now free to come out. Either way, not a good time to release it with the way things have gone to rat **** on the pitch the last 6 weeks.
So, KLD can easily be outvoted on any decisions. Also why should he pile money in, for the others just to have there share value increased at his expense. It's an interesting point. From my reading of it, he has responsibility for the executive decisions and Sartori is the only Madrox representative on the board. So, on a day to day basis he has the final say However, there is nothing stopping Donald, Sartori and Salmon Pants getting together to overthrow KLD from the board.
Why would he put himself in that situation though. Why invest on a club to be in a position where they can do that. I have just had a thought, has the bearded one been on twitter yet?
We need to know KLD's intentions, is he just the head of this 4 man ownership group, or does he intend to buy them out?
