The EFL rules have changed since then, all investors need to be submitted to the EFL for scrutiny - part of the fit & proper test. You cannot have secret backers / silent investors any more
Only as far as City go. Who the backers may or may not be in his other companies, I would suggest they have no right to know? For the other companies, though the 100% owned suggests there are no other shareholders, that does not mean he has not borrowed from friends etc as opposed to the banking system.
