Personally don't think Jones will be the future in our club.I have no evidence but got a feeling in me water he's another Billy big bollocks Jordan Ibe who thinks he's already made it. I'm happy to be proven wrong!
Well..... klopps made certain little comments that sort if suggest he would like him to listen to the direction and deliver a bit more. I dont know that he thinks he has made it but I do think he thinks he is the ****. Confidence is fine but you have to deliver on it week in and week out and our Curtis right now can do a lot on the ball but there's shag all end product after he does his bit of dancing with it. I think he could be great though.
Way too early to write Jones off. He’s done more than ibe ever did. He just hasn’t found a position just yet, but he’s learning. Only 21 and played less games than Elliott remember.
I recall klopp saying once about intensity, being 100% every day every session, every game. How kids don't really know it or learn it with underage stuff. Imo Elliott instinctively knows what klopp is on about. To move.from rw to rcm and press hard and inject pace to the game and positivity. For me Jones drifts through games at times. Elliott drives games. That's the difference. There's absolutely no difference in ability on the ball. Curtis is the best forward player lfc have made locally in 10 years, easily.
So this is no place on tv then? Am I really going to be reduced to listening to lfctv go and John Aldridge interupting the commentator constantly to reveal a move has gone to out with the slightest bit of misconstrue but it's a blessed relief as he is no longer sniffing into the microphone constantly..... Really.. there's no other option on a TV?
