He’s more likely to learn from it and think fûck this I’m taking the bull by the horns. He’s likely to want to prove himself because of Marseille and ballsing this up isnt the way.
Seems like the cowboys are circling the waggons while the Indians attack. Will the team be announced first or our new manager first???
I know what you mean mate and I believe there's clearly a reason behind it, but the reason why seems to be the subject of more discussion than the actual appointment itself.
****ing bizarre, but I’ve got some beer to drink tonight, golf in the morning then on to the match. Let’s see where we are by then.
So all that takes is the club to make a short statement to announce Neil with a follow up of due to upcoming match circumstances full announcement will be impending. Its not hard is it, and as fans it makes us all feel abit more appreciated.?
Alex Neil strikes me as a no nonsense kind of fella. I bet he's quite happy to get on with the job over providing anodyne soundbites for Twitter.
Oh how gullible you are mate ... ... if only you could concentrate on the share percentages and ignore the football
Like - we still don’t really know why Keane turned us down practically last minute. What if he turned us down because something big has happened that changes the landscape. What if that’s the reason Neil hasn’t been announced. And why Neils deal is only until end of season (if it is), because nobody knows what the plan is beyond that. everything I’ve posted above is hyperbolic nonsense which would be avoided if the club just explained what’s happening to its fans rather than trying to create a social media “moment”
Love this this actually makes sense. If they’re trying to create a frenzied demand so that people are pleased when Neil is appointed rather than disappointed at who isn’t
Spot on mate, but is there really any need for a fanfare to announce it? Just announce it and do the fluffy stuff, as you put it, later.
KLD explained that he's in total control and people still believe Donald & Methven are ... ... seriously, what's the f** k**g point.
I see what you and @Teessidemackem are saying but maybe they feel the need to give it the full fanfare and there just hasn't been the time for that yet.
