Something needs to be communicated and vented to our hierarchy here like. This is disgraceful in how we are being treat
I am going to make a stab and say it's only to the end of the season with an option of an extra year.
Playing devil's advocate but maybe something bigger is going on behind the scenes? It's almost a year to the day since KLD was announced, how long do NDA's last? It's all too quiet and I don't believe the club is just burying there heads in the sand and hoping it'll blow over, coz it won't!?!? The club have serious questions to answer so maybe they're getting all there ducks in order before something is released?
I'm not here to defend the club at every turn but the posts on here demonstrate how difficult it is to run a football club. For every post saying we should've had Neil in a fortnight back there's another saying he's a terrible appointment. Lee Johnson has had a resurgence in support while other people think he should've been sacked last season. As far as 'the announcement' is concerned I'd expect it to be on Look North which I'm watching. I don't see us an embarrassment, I doubt many people have noticed much or care at all. So called top clubs, like Man Utd, have endless angry protests, appoint one useless manager after another, pay multi-millions for players who instantly want to leave, have others who they have to drop because of criminal activities, etc etc etc. Newcastle, Everton, Arsenal, etc have all made huge mistakes and they're supposed to have the best administration or staff or experienced football people. This endless building up of D & M being the controlling force at the club is mystifying, people seem addicted to conspiracy theories these days. From the vaccines to 9/11 and on to KLD's hapless puppet status there just has to be THE TRUTH out there and anyone who doesn't believe it is a gullible mug. Well the truth for me is that I'm off to Wimbledon tomorrow with a sold out away end of people who will forget the last fortnight and roar on whoever appears in a red & white shirt. It's our club no matter who's in charge of press releases or crisp packet prevention at the SOL. Haway the Lads ... ... three points tomorrow, Defoe with a screamer and ending the day in second place
Many of us have loved this club well before any of this shower of shyte even knew who SAFC where and while Dreyfus was still in nappies. I really do worry for our future with this lot.
This 100% mind, those that think that a young billionaire from a premier European footballing family is the puppet of a no mark from Oxford really do think the earths flat, it’s so nonsensical as to be disturbing to think I might sit next to one of them in the stadium.
We’ve got a manager in now, it’s time for siege mentality to kick in, there is no advantage to dwelling on the crap that’s gone on the last few weeks in my humble opinion
Playing devils advocate here, if what you’ve posted is correct then the fiasco of the last couple of weeks is purely down to him. I’ve thought the same as you’ve posted until this clusterfuck happened, but I don’t know what to make of it now. At the end of the day no matter how pissed off Ive been I’ll still be backing the club and the new manager, I think it’s a form of madness.
