With the pitch work You’d have thought at least the company doing it would want a bit publicity. Like a lot of things at the club this week seems to be a secret
Might be waiting until the job is done for that. Imagine it was heavily publicised and then the pitch still looked awful. The company would get pelters.
maybe the first time we have had a clear two weeks between home games...looking at the overhead view on the posted pics it looks like some preperation has gone on first.
Yep. Those pics are from lads going down to the SoL and hoying their own drones up to take pics. WTF is going on with the communication man.
Yep, this is possible as well. We could have ****ed the Lincoln game off and got it done then though. As long as it's sorted now, that's the main thing
100% this, that pitch was really looking sad considering the immaculate pitches we had for many years (with no fancy gadgets to help him) tommy did a hell of a job.
Realistically I think we are heading for the playoffs. However with Neil coming in I think we will be heading into them with real momentum this year.
Has anybody checked if the club have retrospectively added an announcement announcing Neil for 10 days ago, and pretending the whole Keane thing didn’t happen?
I agree. Please do not blame the social media team. They can only post something when they are told too. Its not down to them to announce new manager. And they have been silent for last few days as it's not their job to respond to endless speculation.
Did anyone else get a tweet notification from SAFC about 20 mins ago that was deleted when you tried to view it? Scratch that Ian Portefields birthday message has just shown up. Jesus
There’s the thinnest of chances that the delay is because Speakman has resigned following the supporter unrest and so they’re finalising how to announce the whole change. You’d think if it was a simple new manager announcement - they’d just make it.
