They are getting pelters on Twitter about some of that mind. They are usually bang on with that stuff but something isn't right with all of this.

 

This is the media team who announced our biggest signing and most high profile signing in years at 2am

 

Exactly the club are normally really good with that stuff.

They'll probably do the video etc in the hotel by Wimbledon. Oscar Chamberlain has probably travelled down rather than delay match preparations.

Aye it’s done, I think they might want to treat the announcement with a little bit of aplomb and respect though so will probably wait until they can get him announced properly.

 

And this is the problem. They are pissing a lot of people off, granted it's only on social media, but it's all a bit of a shambles

Weird moderators over there. Mags get free reign and anything else gets deleted incase it upsets the club.

 

Ah yeah we definitely need snookers but our position with games in hand a few seasons back shows how difficult it can be when games pile up.

It's a long shot sure but could look much different with a couple of wins.

 

I'm kinda pleased he is doing the training stuff first and formally being announced later. I get that they could have just put a statement out but that wouldn't have been a great unveiling for him and he deserves better

 

Him travelling means we have agreed it mate. Just because they haven't tweeted about it to tell the world doesn't mean he's going down there for another round of interviews or summat

 

I know what you mean mate, it's Friday afternoon and we have a massive game tomorrow and the focus should, rightly, be on that. But a little statement saying manager sorted, in the dugout tomorrow, scarf pics/video interview/philosophy gubbins on Sunday wouldn't have hurt imo.
