You've got to wonder what other club would possibly be interested in him. We only really considered him because of the past, he's been out of management for so long now if he's refusing to move what north west club is he holding out for?! Accrington Stanley?
Not a problem at all mate, it was quite complimentary tbh ☺ I read this board regularly, some top posters on here and some solid info comes out of it plus there is less crap if you know what I mean
Total guess this but I’d say he does todays training with the previous incumbents and then announcement after training
Content with Neil compared to the other list of names banded about and his previous clubs seem to hold him in high-regard still. Just wish they'd announce him so everyone can turn their heads to the upcoming games, still 12 points up for grabs this month which could be massive.
Hopefully we neither hear nor see this wretch again. But his name and face keeps cropping up, like the undead.
OrRoy Keane could have by turning his back 10 days after negotiations started? Surely he knew in the first instance that it wasn’t for him, but they pushed for him and he turned us down? (No idea in real input it’s a possibility)
It is certainly a possibility that. But the club had to act more quickly and decisively. I think Keane was mooted on the Monday after the sacking. Really, they should have made their fullest offer and asked for an answer in a couple of days. Then get Neil in by the Doncaster game.
