What might actually help us here is that Overmars has had to leave Ajax. Which leaves Edwin van Der Sar, who is pro United on many levels. Now, I've invented this scenario tbf, but it could be a deal breaker having the right bloke in the right place! Edwin more than welcome to also come as DoF.
