    Defoe is nearly 40 man. No-one can expect him to play up front for ninety if Stewart gets injured or runs out of steam. Broadhead might be fit soon, he might not be. And yes we have plenty of midfielders but the reason they got Evans is because they are mostly young, and the season has shown we needed someone in there.

    Maybe the young lad will do it, he looked good first half on Tuesday, but I'd say that squad is unbalanced. You don't think so fair enough.

    Anything happens to Stewart though and we aren't in the top 6.

    Club needs to move fast now.
    I would be happy with Neil. If it wasn't for the Keane fiasco would have been happy with him last Monday

    Still find it astonishing how silent the club have been. It's been played out in public anyway and now it's broken down like this they need to issue some kind of update to the fans. Unless of course the actual announcement is inbound
