A 40.5% win rate as manager, averaging 1.45 points per game with the majority being in League 1. Had Hull 19th in championship, 10 points clear of relegation zone but that’s with points deductions for Reading and Derby, they’d be bang in trouble were it not for those deductions. Can we pack in with pretending this is anything other a shambolic appointment in the mould of Phil Parkinson and Simon Grayson
@SkySports_Keith Alex Neil is in advanced talks with Sunderland over their managerial vacancy, I understand. Talks with Roy Keane have broken down in the last 24 hours. #SAFC want a new boss in charge before Saturday’s match against Wimbledon.
Hope its not McCann. His first season at Hull was nothing short of a disaster. Got them promoted but it was a championship squad. Soon as it was a level playing field he was ****e again.
They've removed the last thing I had supporting this club....hope that things could improve . Nothing left. Too old for this ****. Get Speakman out.
Just been having a little bit of a read about Alex Neil tactically. Attacking, high intensity, lots of pressing, lots of passing options in the final 3rd. Bit direct, not so much playing through the thirds.
Maybe we'll never know. But what appeared to be ambition, whether you approve of the Keane idea or not, has very quickly morphed into a panicky grab at anyone they think they might get. The club, once more, is an obvious shambles. We are no longer just a League One team. We are now a League One club with oversized facilities.
Absolute ****ing shambles. Roy Keane is as straight up as humans come. He would have given his demands wages contract length control etc he won't have ****ing budged on it. He ain't a Turkish Market trader he's not the type to haggle. If we were unprepared to meet his demands we should have ****ed it off from the first minute. Can't believe this **** has dragged on so long. The board/management have come out if this looking like a bunch of ****s. Frankly it's made the fans look like a bunch of ****s. I already know the players are a bunch of ****s. Whole clubs a ****ing shambles but you know what me and about 30k others will still be there next Saturday. I'm ****ing sick right now don't think I've ever felt so badly about my football club but myself and many others have no other option but to carry on supporting the club its ****ing devastating
One lad was on here last week. We are at our lowest ebb we cannot get any lower than this , surely. HaHaHaHaHa you have a lot to learn mate.
"We've had interest from all over the world" so we'll appoint an out of work grant McCann. Says it all.
Just as we're all starting to accept Keane isn't coming and maybe getting our heads around Alex Neil as a possible alternative, the club will swoop in and take a massive dump on us my appointing Grant ****ing McCann
To the people saying they don’t want Neil or McCann. Considering Roy Keane was offered the job and said no. Who do you want? Not trying to be difficult or prove any point. Just that if the answer is still Roy Keane - then well we tried that and he said no.
