The facts about the Northam holding less than the amount of tickets they sold you mean? I'm the only one who has used any evidence to back up my point. That image is from football ground guide and is stating the away allocation not the size of the stand. It's yet more evidence that we gave them more than we have to as well. The only relevant fact here is that 5100 is more than 15%.
Hope so & have always thought that. I know there will always be some objections & construction issues but let the 15% come from existing Northam corner & extend into Itchen. Makes no sense to allow them a complete end. Total nuts.
I agree about safe standing, but in the light of what people have been saying about away fans, something needs to change. The segregation policy seems to vary without any logic between one game and the next, depending on how many away fans buy tickets, and yesterday’s game seemed very unfair on home fans based in the Northam.
The police won't have a change in away fans location though sadly. At least not as things stand. I've always thought we should use the railway line behind the kingsland. Dunno how feasible that would be but always felt like a wasted opportunity there.
And there we go, another full end for the away fans! ****ing nuts. Will be like a home game for them.
Could have been better, could have been worse. Bad draw for prospects next round onwards though, easiest games for the ‘big’ teams.
We have taken 4 points off of them this season and our form at SMS is much better these days. We'll need to be near full strength though against them.
Positives are that it is at home, West Ham are a 'known' quantity and we have beaten them already this year. Yep, positive No7 is back
