WTF is wrong with the Mods on there, Mags go on specifically to disrupt the board and get away with it.

Whatever the case I hope you, and the other new posters, have a good crack on here.

I was at Bolton with three lads who post on here and one was dishing out tickets, he's a branch organiser.

As people came up we'd have a quick chat and it was amazing that we always knew someone they knew or had met them before. There's a real 'family atmosphere' with Sunderland supporters, like any family there's the odd fall out but we're all in this leaky boat together <laugh>

Hi all. Been a member a while on here but not bothered it until the ITK stuff started to show up on the SMB.

It seems much less busy on here and good to know there may be some insider info

Hi all, long time lurker but 1st time posting. Come over from RTG (Not that i ever posted on there) to follow all the updates regarding the Dell takeover and ended up staying.

Don't get to many matches now due to working weekends and a young family but get there when I can and always following.

Would like to start getting involved in the discussion on here as they always seem good debates.

Hi everyone long time lurker in the background here. ST holder since 1987 and was going a number of years prior to that . This place seems to be great place for reasoned discussion from what I have seen. Was at Bolton last week and the first 45 yesterday was just a continuation of that reinforced by the fact that , despite a bench full of talent ,it was almost an identical team !!
We need someone in quickly or even making the play offs will be a struggle.

Noticed a few new members on the board. Welcome one and all. Drop a quick intro about yourself and how long you've been following the lads <cheers>

You know, I dont think I ever did an intro. Born in Dawdon, supported the lads for 53 years, lived in Devon for 20 years, moved back up here 2 years ago, dont know what happened this season, but if its in your blood it will always be there :)

Adrian was the manager at the time, used to play 5 a side football with him, I think it was at Shotton or Peterlee, I must have scored around 8 goals by hanging around in their half, he was moaning like **** and said, anyone can do that, I just said, well no one on your side can, he wasnt happy

No I was from the rough end of the harbour, Dawdon, I only got there because I knew some lads from the cricket club, and played for their football club in its first season
