May sound like a conspiracy, but the starting selection smacks of the remaining coaches thinking they'd be showing support for LJ by replicating exactly how he'd of setup, and it backfired in spectacular fashion. This is why Keane would absolutely be the best choice. If you accept where you are, you perform in line with the acceptance. The standards are not set high enough, and the standards start and end with the manager/head coach.
