At the stadium today apparently

 

Really emotional for me that mate.
We were in Salou on holiday when Keane sat in the stands against West Brom.
( Me, Mrs, and the kids, me mam and dad.)
Me dad had paid for us to go as me mam wasn't too well.
Turned out to be the last holiday abroad we all went together.

Watched the game in a bar with me lad and dad (a mag) next door bar was full of West Brom fans. My lad was about 10 at the time, he went and stood at the door in his Sunderland shirt final whistle, and cheered at the West Brom fans cheeky little git.
In the Irish bar there one night blokes saying me dad looked like Roy Keane happy days.
A free holiday it turned out expensive as me dad had took an equity loan and I had to pay it off last year when he passed away

Anyways it wasn't all plain sailing when Roy came but by fook he got the job done in the end. Here's a long but good summary of that great season. Just watched it all again and enjoyed every minute

40k is incredible. Back when **** got real and very low, there wasn't many in the stadium, It was hard to imagine it like this again.

 

Speakman suggesting they are still going through the shortlisting process. Big bluff we reckon or have we got this very wrong?

 

If its not a bluff then the ITKs have got some serious questions to answer as they will loose all credibility if not.

 

I thought he was coming across a bit diplomatic. Keane might not have signed the contract and agreed verbally tbf
