So just so I've got this right, you want to compare someone with 4 years managerial experience + a 39 year old who's never played in the premier league for virtually 4 years with someone with 12 years managerial experience + a 30 year old who's hit double figures in pretty much every season he's been playing in the premier league .

I think the Neville brothers and Scholesy have a similar amount of PL/CL titles as Keano.....their managerial stints were all a sucess weren't they?
