Sunderland in the Premier League usually means there are far fewer good days than bad. We averaged 9.5 wins per season in the PL. Even being generous and calling it 10, that's 10 good days and 28 bad (or less good days)
Well you can stop pissing on our chips. That Everton game I was on a stag do in Edinburgh and we played a version of the Jeff Stelling drinking game. One of the rules was necking your pint if your opposition scored. 7-2 man. I was first one back at the hotel that night so I was told.
SAFC have to go through the official process of interviewing candidates. Keane is all agreed however. Just not formally.
We were a team new to the league. We won nine home games in the first season, and had some good performances in the second, not least in the Derby. It's just harder to win up there, but we won loads of games late on , and his time here was almost all positive IMO.
