I think the player recruitment model and style of play won't change and that's the most important thing. KLD said that he wanted someone with promotion on his C.V. and it's easy to forget that we were in a hell of a state at the bottom of the Championship when Keane took over the reins from Quinny. He turned it around, had the team working flat out for 90+ minutes every game (how many late winners did we get - remember Liam Millers header against Derby!) and got us promoted. Do I think he's the long term solution? Who knows, but I feel that he can get us up this year and at least stabilise next year. KLD can review it then. If he is appointed, lets all get behind him and the team for the 17 games that remain and storm this league!

Oh, of course! Like I said in an earlier post, I'll probably have come round to the idea by tomorrow morning. Like you say, I can't see them throwing away the fundamentals to accommodate this.

So the aim isn’t promotion, KLD can afford to make a mistake, there are guarantees, inexperience at a lower level trumps experience at a higher level, unknown beats known and division among fans is better than togetherness. I disagree. I suspect you are going to be underwhelmed with the way “The project” is going, me on the other hand wants “my club” to succeed and get the **** out of dodge at the earliest opportunity. KLD and his advisors should know the most appropriate way to do that, fingers crossed for the right choice to be made whomever that may be.
