Off Topic Covid Survey

Guys,
I feel like I'm the only one who hasn't had covid.... my whole household have it and are 6 days in.... and me... nothing.
So with that in mind... a little straw poll please..

Me and the missus went to New York in late November and caught Omicron there. We were tested three days before going and were negative, felt a bit iffy when we were away and tested positive on our return late November. Test and trace were all over us as it appeared we were the first cases in the North East to have it. We were OK with the initial symptoms but both of us developed upper respiratory tract discomfort which lasted for about a week. We were OK after that.

 

Not had it at all. Nor has the wife.

We’ve been “conservative “ in what we’ve done and where we’ve gone. Think that possibly played a part but luck has as well.

 

I had the booster a few weeks ago, I thought I was hallucinating with it later that night

if had a bottle of wine and peanuts with the Birdie song playing in the background which I’m not able to comment upon whilst the Police decide if I did or didn’t and if I was there or not.

 

this is the thing though, I’ve been getting around like dogshit. Been on around 28 flights since September, out on the piss, away days in the Leeds crush end and not a sniff of covid.

 

Even covid has standards it would seem.

 

Currently have it. Just feels like a lingering cold at the moment, would be worse if not for the booster I recon

 

Had a hernia operation. Pretty major. Before Christmas. Family all at home as a result. No one in or out.

3/4 got covid on 31/12 and no idea how. Badly for 2 days tops. Now immortal.

Never had a sniff.
Worked right throughout the pandemic, only the last 6 months from home.
The missus got it a couple of months ago when it ran riot through her work place.
It was like she had a mild cold for a couple of days.
I had to isolate from her for 10 days
